October: Build a hydroponic system and plant Gourmet Lettuce to gain an understanding of how the system works

November: Plant the first round of milkweed in the hydroponic system

December: Collect nectar samples and start growing the second round of milkweed

January: Continue the process

 

February (50% done!): If I have been able to analyze the sap, start to see if I can conduct research to find the saponin concentration.

 

March: Continue the process and experiments

 

April: Grow the last round of milkweed and look into possibly moving this process to Up Yonda for the summer
